Our Story
Started with a smoker
and a stubborn idea.
Annie Mae's didn't begin as a restaurant. It began as a backyard thing โ a pit in the back, a Friday night tradition, neighbors showing up without an invitation because the smell carried.
Years later, we moved that same pit onto South Chelton Road. The recipes are the same. The patience is the same. The only thing that changed is the address โ and the fact that now you can find us.
We're not chasing trends. We're not doing fusion. We're doing what works: good meat, real wood, time you can't shortcut. If that sounds old-fashioned, good. That's the point.
